BetterSwing is a golf coaching app that uses AI-powered video analysis to provide personalised swing feedback and coaching cues. The App is developed and operated by Ogodi Technologies Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria.

When you delete your account via Settings > Delete Account, your account and associated data are permanently deleted. Some data may be retained for a short period for backup and compliance purposes before being fully purged.

BetterSwing is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
