By downloading, installing, or using Aely (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms are between you and Ogodi Technologies Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria.
The App is intended for users aged 4 and older. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use Aely only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use and for any in-app purchases.
Aely is a photo editing application that lets you apply film-inspired and AI-powered styles to photos on your device. Features may include:

Aely does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email, or phone number. Subscription status is tied to an anonymous identifier managed by RevenueCat and your App Store or Google Play account.
You agree to use Aely only for lawful purposes. You must not:
You retain ownership of photos and other content you bring into Aely. By using AI Develop features, you grant Ogodi Technologies a limited, temporary licence to process your selected image solely to generate the styled result. We do not claim ownership of your photos. Temporary processing copies are deleted from our servers within 24 hours.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to edit and save any image you process.
AI-powered styles are generated by machine learning models and produce artistic interpretations. Results may vary, are for creative and entertainment purposes only, and are not professional photography, legal, medical, or expert advice.
Aely offers an optional Aely Pro auto-renewable subscription with weekly and yearly plans, processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Aely Pro subscribers receive AELY tokens each billing period for AI Develop. Token grants reset each billing period. The token cost per Develop is shown in the App.
Cancel anytime through Apple ID → Subscriptions or Google Play → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. Ogodi Technologies does not process refunds directly.
The App, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Ogodi Technologies Ltd or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or brand assets.
The App relies on third-party services including RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play, Railway, Google Gemini, and Expo. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature with or without notice.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OGODI TECHNOLOGIES LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR AELY PRO IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) TEN UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $10).
You agree to indemnify Ogodi Technologies Ltd from claims arising from your misuse of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
